Pretty Pilates Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when you visit our website, sign up for classes, or use our services.

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• Clients are encouraged to book classes in advance to secure their spot.

• A cancellation policy should be in place, requiring clients to cancel a class within a specified time frame to avoid being charged.

2. Arrival Time:

• Clients should arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class to allow time for check-in and preparation.

3. Attire:

• Clients should wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement.

• Pilates socks or bare feet are typically recommended for classes.

4. Hygiene:

• Clients should come to class clean and free of strong scents.

• It is important to wipe down equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies.

5. Respect for Others:

• Clients should be mindful of noise levels and avoid disruptive behavior during class.

• Respect the instructor and fellow clients by following their guidance and maintaining a positive attitude.

6. Health and Safety:

• Clients should inform the instructor of any injuries or health conditions before class.

• It is important to listen to your body and modify exercises as needed to prevent injury.

7. Studio Policies:

• Follow any specific studio rules and guidelines provided by the Pilates studio.

• Respect the studio space and equipment by using them properly and returning them to their designated places.

8. Payment and Membership:

• Clients should adhere to the studio's payment policies, including membership fees, class packages, and any other financial agreements.

• Keep account information up to date and communicate any payment issues with the studio in a timely manner.

9. Feedback and Communication:

• Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to the studio or instructor to help improve the overall experience.

• Open communication is key to addressing any concerns or questions regarding classes or studio operations.

It is important for both the studio and clients to adhere to these terms of service and studio etiquette guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone.

Scheduled sessions may be cancelled with 8 hours’ notice to the trainer from the client. If notice of cancellation for a scheduled session is not received within 8 hours prior to a scheduled session, the client agrees to pay the full amount that would have been due had the scheduled session taken place. Scheduled FREE INTRO sessions may be cancelled with 8 hours’ notice to the trainer from the client. Unlimited and All Access members will be charged a $10 "late cancel fee" when he or she books a Pretty Pilates class and fails to cancel the scheduled appointment within at least 8 hours before the start of class. A $15 "no show fee" will apply if an Unlimited or All-Access member reserves a class and fails to show for the class before the start time of class. A Single Studio member will lose a class credit from his or her membership package, for every occurrence, where he or she makes an appointment for a Pretty Pilates class and does not show up for it, or fails to cancel the scheduled class appointment at least 8 hours before the start of class. Late cancel and No Show fees do not apply to Intro Class bookings.
