Reformer Pilates
"CHALLENGE" Reformer Pilates
This is an intermediate level Pilates workout that will combine Reformer Pilates with mat and utilize other tools, such as light weights, the circle, and the stability ball to give you a full body workout. After developing some core strength in your Reformer Foundations class you will be able to challenge yourself and add some more moves to your practice with this leveled up class. Please discuss with an instructor as to when you are ready to progress to this challenge.

Candle light restore/stretch class
Build your core and restore muscles from previous workouts. This class will provide core focused moves with stretching, foam rolling and trigger point ball. Enjoy a relaxing 50 minutes with a spa like atmosphere while furthering your Pilates practice. All levels are welcomed to join.

Foundation Reformer Pilates
This class is ideal for new and beginner level Pilates clients. The class flows at a slower pace. We will focus on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and exercises. Building your core and gaining flexibility will be the main focus of Reformer Foundations.

HIIT & FIIT
Advanced members only
This workout will build lean muscle, burn calories and increase deep core strength with this full body Pilates HIIT class. We’ll sweat, sculpt and strengthen every muscle in the body through a combination of Pilates Reformer sequences and HIIT cardio intervals. This fusion-style workout combines the benefits of cardio, strength training, and Pilates in one dynamic workout.

HOT Pilates!
Make room for Hot Pilates! Hot Mat Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using the Pilates principles. Its high intensity, low impact format is designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of high impact workouts.

Hard CORE
It's all about ABS! This class will focus on your abdominals both on and off the reformer, incorporating traditional mat exercises, plank variations, and techniques to strengthen and tone your core. Join us for a comprehensive workout designed to sculpt your six-pack!

Isolation Pilates
Traditional Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Barre combined to create a 50 minute class that will leave your booty burning. The instructor will utilize isolation moves to target your muscles. Channel your inner ballet dancer and tone those glutes. Please discuss with an instructor as to when you are ready to progress to this challenge.

Cardio Jump Class

An excellent way to include cardiovascular fitness into your Pilates Reformer routine is to include the use of the Jump Board. The interval training segments on this workout help to improve aerobic capacity and core stability while strengthening your upper and lower body in a complete workout. Reformer Jump Board is a fun and effective way to get a cardio workout in without putting the stress on your joints that other traditional cardio workouts do, such as running might. This class can be utilized after taking a few Foundation classes and learning the basic cues and gaining some pelvic stability.
Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a young man. Pilates Mat work originated before the creation of any Pilates equipment or “machines” used in the practice today and includes over 500 exercises that can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.
